Avocado - Florida

Florida avocados are a bit more "sweet" than Hass varieties. There is more of a sense that you are eating a fruit rather than a vegetable (which is technically true). They are thus perfect in fruit salads, together with cucumbers and tomatoes, as well as tossed with greens. A bit of Florida avocado in a fruit smoothie or shake will also add richness and a smoother texture.

Health Benefits
