Collard Greens

Our collards are very mild, with a savory, almost smoky flavor. Collards can be quickly steamed, shredded and stir fried, or simmered and reduced for hours, as in some traditional southern recipes.

Our collards are grown locally, right here in our own fields, mid-October to late april, and are sold by the pound. Depending on the season and availability, Jessica's Stand also sells Certified Organic collards from other farms.
