Certified Organic

Organic farming is founded on ecologically based practices such as biological pest management and the use of natural fertilizers. It differs from conventional systems by excluding genetically modified (GM) seed and livestock feed, synthetic chemicals, antibiotics, and hormones.

Organic certification in the United States is overseen by the USDA, and administered by a variety of state, non-profit and private agencies.

Jessica's Stand is certified organic by Quality Certification Services (QCS).
